HOW DO I APPLY?
Once you have a viewed one of our apartments, the leasing agent will give you a printed off application or you can apply here
WHAT IS THE APPLICATION FEE?
The application fee is a non-refundable $45 per person per applicate over the age of 18.
WHAT IS THE TYPICALLY LENGTH OF THE LEASE?
A tenant's lease must be at least one year
ARE APARTMENTS PET FRIENDLY?
Our apartments are pet friendly.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY APPLICATION?
Typically it takes anywhere from two to four business days to process an application.

HOW MUCH IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?
The security deposit is the same as first month's rent.

Rent is due on the first of every month
HOW IS PAYMENT ACCEPTED?

$50.00 late fee is applied to tenant's account if rent isn't paid in full by the 4th of every month.
WHAT IF I MOVE OUT BEFORE MY LEASE ENDS?
You are still responsible for the monthly rent & the condition of the property.
WHAT IF I CHOOSE NOT TO RENEW MY LEASE?
Tenants are required to give the owners written notice of their intent to vacate at a mimimum of one calendar month plus one day prior to their departure. Please state the exact date you will be completely moved out on your notice.

Urgent work orders should be reported during normal office hours.
