  • HOW DO I APPLY?
    Once you have a viewed one of our apartments, the leasing agent will give you a printed off application or you can apply here
  • WHAT IS THE APPLICATION FEE?
    The application fee is a non-refundable $45 per person per applicate over the age of 18.
  • WHAT IS THE TYPICALLY LENGTH OF THE LEASE?
    A tenant's lease must be at least one year
  • ARE APARTMENTS PET FRIENDLY?
    Our apartments are pet friendly. Please see the requirements below: 1. Must be under 15 pounds 2. one pet maximum 3. Additional pet fee will be added to tenant's ledger every month
  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY APPLICATION?
    Typically it takes anywhere from two to four business days to process an application.
  • WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR UTILITIES
    Tenants generally pay for eletric Gas, water, trash, & sewer are included
  • HOW MUCH IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?
    The security deposit is the same as first month's rent. If you have a lower credit score, the owners may ask for additonal funds.
  • WHAT MONIES ARE DUE AT MOVE IN?
    1. Security Deposit 2. First Month's Rent 3. Any Pet Fees This will all need to be paid for with money order, cash, or certified funds before keys will be given. No personal checks will be accepted.
  • SHOULD I HAVE RENTER'S INSURANCE?
    Yes! Here's why: 1. It's affordable 2. It covers losses to personal property 3. it provides liability coverage
  • WHEN IS RENT DUE?
    Rent is due on the first of every month
  • HOW IS PAYMENT ACCEPTED?

  • WHEN DO LATE FEES APPLY?
    $50.00 late fee is applied to tenant's account if rent isn't paid in full by the 4th of every month.
  • WHAT IF I MOVE OUT BEFORE MY LEASE ENDS?
    You are still responsible for the monthly rent & the condition of the property. If you choose to move out before the lease is up you must give a written letter.
  • WHAT IF I CHOOSE NOT TO RENEW MY LEASE?
    Tenants are required to give the owners written notice of their intent to vacate at a mimimum of one calendar month plus one day prior to their departure. Please state the exact date you will be completely moved out on your notice.
  • HOW SHOULD I SUBMIT MAINTENANCE REQUEST?
    1. If you wish to submit a maintenance request online, please click here 2. Please feel free to call our office during normal office hours and follow the correct prompts to put a work order in. 847-697-PPMI
  • WHAT DO I DO IN CASE OF EMERGENCY?
    Please dial 911 if your or anyone's life is in danger Maintenance Emergencies include: 1. No Heat (thermometer is below 68 degrees) 2. Free Flowing Water 3. No hot water 4. Major Leaks If one of these issues arise, please call PPMI immediatley. If it's after hours please follow the correct prompts on our voicemail system
  • WHAT IF IT'S URGENT AND NOT AN EMERGENCY
    Urgent work orders should be reported during normal office hours. Urgent Maintenance Requests include: 1. Non Functioning Appliance 2.Roof Leak 3. No Electric in one room 4. Backed up sink (with no other plumbing issues)
