Joe plays an important role in our maintenance team. He is always willing to learn but also takes initiative to get the job done. He assists our head of maintenance with a variety of projects, work orders, & turnovers. PPMI is proud to bring on another hard worker to the team!

Mark is the Chief Operations Officer of Prominent Property Management, Inc. Mark is a Professional Property Manager (PPM) and has earned an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Mark is a certified Community Association Manager, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Member of the National Association of Realtors. He frequently mentors and speaks publicly to new investors to share his considerable property management experience, skills, & philosophy. PPMI wouldn't be possible without him!

Kelly graduated from Benedictine University with a degree in Management. She has been with PPMI since 2006 as our Accounting Manager with bookkeeping duties and intensive customer contact and care. She is the glue that holds PPMI together!

Natalie has been PPMI's leasing agent for over seven years. She has daily communication with tenants in problem solving and retention. She has experience in screening all prospective tenants. She handles scheduling and verification of all appointments. She always makes it a priority to listen to customers & commits her time to making PPMI exceptional!

Marius has been a part of our team for over ten years! He services all of our properties and HOA's throughout the Chicagoland Area. He has extensive experience in repair issues, landscaping, snow removal, and more! PPMI appreciates his constant commitment to customer care & getting the job done right!

Lori is the newest team member! She handles all the bill paying, reconciling accounts, communicating with vendors, & financial reporting. We are excited to have her apart of the team!
